Project Management

We can help you hire and manage specialized consultants from start to finish

You can often find Sway Concepts managing projects that are at the intersection of design and fabrication. We help our clients find and hire specialized consultants, like artists or designers, guide those consultants through developing their designs, receiving city planning approvals and permitting, and finally through the fabrication and installation of their work.

Our background is as designers, but we operate with an extremely organized and pragmatic type A mind. This makes us ideal to manage teams of creatives - we understand their process, but will keep them on track to complete their projects on time, within budget, and without straying from the original concept. On the opposite side, when we work with contractors and fabricators, our design background ensures that we will uphold the project's design integrity as construction feasibility and cost issues are addressed.

We are experienced in managing public artwork projects within large scale developments. If your project requires you to spend money on artwork, let us help you install unique artwork on your property, adding value to your investment, rather than paying into the local city art fund.

We work with our clients' teams of engineers, architects, designers, contractors, and consultants daily. We add value through our unique blend of design and organization skills on a variety of niche projects. Let us help you on your next project!

This 15 ft tall stainless steel sculpture of a silicon crystal molecule sits atop a water feature and seating area. It is in recognition of the building site's origins as the birthplace of Silicon Valley. The sculpture was designed and fabricated by Terrence Martin of Jagged Edge Metal Art in Sacramento, CA.

This sculpture is one piece of a set of public artwork erected at the property, owned by our client, Merlone Geier Partners. From conception to installation, this project took over 4 years.
