Wayfinding & Signage design

The unsung hero (or downfall) of built environments

The feeling of being lost or unable to find your destination is not a pleasant one. It can even be quite stressful. Engage a wayfinding expert to avoid leaving your visitors, customers, or clients with this negative experience after visiting your hospital, shopping center, or office building. We will analyze your space, identify problem spots, and design solutions.

It's best to involve a wayfinding expert as soon as you can in the design process so that we can work with your architects and designers as they lay out the floor plan. If we're doing signage design, we'll work with your team of designers, engineers, and contractors as well as communicate with the city planning department for necessary approvals long before the first sign is even built.

We can also come in after an in-use facility has noticed an issue. If people are getting lost, we can come up with simple (signage) or creative (establishment of visual landmarks, intuitive lighting design, etc) solutions to literally lead them in the right direction.

Beyond wayfinding and signage design, we also offer project management services to see the signage through its fabrication and installation.
