YES. It is always best to hold each piece by the largest and sturdiest part of the art for the safest handling. Wall fish are best supported by holding the main body firmly…place one hand gently under the head and the other carefully beneath the tail, making sure to avoid handling the art by the smallest, most fragile fins. The octopus sculptures should be held by their main head or the nose portion, and try your best to rest all eight tentacles comfortably across your palm to keep the piece secure and steady.

best way to clean the art?

Once the art is carefully and thoughtfully removed from the shipping materials, give it a gentle and thorough wipe down using a dry, lint-free cloth or a Swiffer towel; this helps to effectively remove any surface dust and tiny particles that might have settled during transit. If there happen to be any fingerprints, you can gently use a glass cleaning towel to remove the oils left behind from fingerprints. If a deeper clean is necessary, the art can also be cleaned with a mild soap spray, followed by a gentle wash using a soft washcloth, and then rinsed lightly to ensure it stays looking fresh, vibrant, and absolutely pristine.

is it water and weather proof?

Each piece is beautifully crafted to be completely water and weather-proof. No matter which region you live in, whether it's scorching heat or biting cold, you’ll have no issues keeping your octopus or wall fish looking fantastic and sturdy through every season.

what if my art arrives broken?

If your art arrives broken, I will kindly ask you to send a photo of the damage for verification. In most cases, I will gladly send you a brand new piece to replace the broken one. Please note: I am very careful and experienced with shipping. I use sturdy double-wall boxes and plenty of protective packing materials to ensure your art arrives safely and securely. However, sometimes unfortunate things happen during transit despite all precautions.
